Which X-Men leader is voiced by Ray Chase in season 2?

Ray Chase voices Cyclops, also known as Scott Summers, in X-Men '97 season 2. Cyclops is the X-Men's field leader, recognized by his ruby-quartz visor, disciplined command style, and powerful optic blasts.

Cyclops's eyes emit concussive energy rather than ordinary laser beams. Because he cannot naturally control the force of the blasts, his visor regulates and focuses them, allowing him to release anything from a narrow beam to a broad shockwave. The character's leadership is often defined by tactical judgment and responsibility rather than by being the team's strongest fighter.

Cyclops debuted in The X-Men #1 in 1963 and has remained one of Marvel's central mutant characters. In X-Men '97, Ray Chase takes over the role from Norm Spencer, who voiced Scott Summers in X-Men: The Animated Series. A frequent mistake is identifying Chase with another team member: Cal Dodd voices Wolverine, while George Buza voices Beast. Chase's character is Cyclops, not Sunspot, Nightcrawler, or Beast.
