Which wide receiver was traded from Miami to Denver in March 2026?
Answer
Jaylen Waddle
Answer
Jaylen Waddle
Jaylen Waddle was traded from the Miami Dolphins to the Denver Broncos in March 2026.
Miami selected Waddle sixth overall in the 2021 NFL Draft after he starred at Alabama. He quickly became one of the NFL’s most dangerous speed receivers, pairing explosive acceleration with elite ability after the catch. With the Dolphins, he played alongside Tyreek Hill and formed part of one of the league’s fastest receiving groups.
Denver acquired Waddle in a draft-pick trade announced in March. The Broncos received Waddle and Miami’s fourth-round pick, while the Dolphins received Denver’s first-round selection at No. 30, a third-round pick at No. 94 and a fourth-round pick at No. 130.
The trade is easy to confuse with other prominent receiver moves. A. J. Brown, D. J. Moore and Mike Evans were not the Miami wideout sent to Denver. Waddle’s arrival gave quarterback Bo Nix another major playmaker alongside Courtland Sutton.
