Professor Otto Zündapp is a German scientist who helps coordinate the plot against the World Grand Prix. He works with the group that uses modified cameras and explosive weapons to create fear around Allinol, the alternative fuel promoted by the race.

Zündapp is voiced by Thomas Kretschmann. His name and design evoke the German Zündapp motorcycle company, which produced motorcycles and other vehicles during the twentieth century.
