Which video won Favorite Music Video at the 2022 AMAs?

Taylor Swift’s All Too Well: The Short Film won Favorite Music Video at the 2022 American Music Awards. The award recognized Swift’s self-directed visual companion to the extended version of her song “All Too Well.”

Released in November 2021 alongside Red (Taylor’s Version), the short film stars Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien and dramatizes a turbulent relationship through a nonlinear, emotionally detailed story. Swift wrote and directed the film, expanding a music video into a short-form narrative project with its own cinematic identity.

The 2022 AMAs took place on November 20 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, with Wayne Brady hosting. Swift won all six of her nominations that night, including Artist of the Year, Favorite Female Pop Artist, Favorite Pop Album, and Favorite Music Video. The award should not be confused with the MTV Video Music Awards or MTV Europe Music Awards, where the film also earned major recognition.
