ITV carried television coverage of the 2026 Brit Awards in the United Kingdom.
The ceremony was broadcast live on ITV1, with ITVX providing the streaming option. Viewers could also access the show through ITV’s YouTube channel in the UK for the first time, but that did not replace ITV as the television network responsible for the broadcast.
ITV has a long association with the Brit Awards. It became the awards’ broadcaster in 1993 and moved from pre-recorded coverage to live broadcasts in 2007. That history is why answers such as BBC One or Channel 4 are incorrect, even though the BBC remains connected with parts of the wider music-awards ecosystem, including support for Critics’ Choice through BBC Radio 1.
The 2026 show aired from Manchester’s Co-op Live on 28 February, with Jack Whitehall as host.
