Which two actors are promoted to series regulars for Outer Banks Season 5?

Tony Crane and Cullen Moss are promoted to series regulars for Outer Banks Season 5.

Tony Crane plays Chandler Groff, the antagonist whose actions trigger the Pogues' revenge mission. Cullen Moss plays Sheriff Victor Shoupe, Kildare County's law-enforcement leader. Both characters become more important as the final season brings the show's family conflicts and criminal investigations together.

The promotion does not mean that either actor is a member of the original Pogue group. The returning regulars also include Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Drew Starkey, Carlacia Grant, Austin North, and Fiona Palomo. Crane and Moss are specifically singled out because their billing increases for the concluding season.
