Which twins lead the Assassin storyline in Assassin's Creed Syndicate?

Jacob and Evie Frye lead the Assassin storyline in Assassin's Creed Syndicate. The twins are English Assassins who operate in London during the Industrial Revolution.

Jacob is bold and confrontational, while Evie is more focused on stealth, investigation, and finding Pieces of Eden. Players can switch between them during much of the campaign, and each has distinct skills, gear, and missions. Their shared story also emphasizes the different ways the two siblings approach the same conflict.

Arno and Élise belong to Assassin's Creed Unity, although they also have a complicated personal connection. Alexios and Kassandra are the two possible protagonists of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, not twins leading one fixed campaign. Bayek and Aya are married characters central to Assassin's Creed Origins.
