Which Taylor Swift tour included “august” in its Folklore section during 2023–2024?

Taylor Swift included “august” in the Folklore section of The Eras Tour during 2023–2024.

The Eras Tour was structured around periods from Swift’s career, with sets devoted to different albums and musical eras. “august” appeared in the Folklore portion, allowing a song originally associated with a quiet, cottage-inspired studio aesthetic to become part of a large-scale concert production.

The song’s live presentation was connected to Folklore’s visual style. Swift performed it in a frilly gown that complemented the album’s cottagecore-inspired atmosphere. This differs from its earlier Grammy performance, where it appeared in a medley with “Cardigan” and “Willow.”

The tour inclusion helped expose “august” to audiences beyond the people who discovered it through the yearly August trend. It also reinforced the song’s place as one of Folklore’s most recognizable and frequently revisited tracks.
