Which Tarantino film features the character 'The Bride'?

The story behind the answer

Kill Bill features the character known as the Bride. She is Beatrix Kiddo, an assassin who seeks revenge after a violent attack by her former allies and their leader, Bill.

Uma Thurman portrays the Bride in Kill Bill: Volume 1 and Kill Bill: Volume 2. The first film, released in 2003, emphasizes her campaign against members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad. Volume 2, released in 2004, expands her history and brings her confrontation with Bill to its conclusion. Together, the films combine martial-arts cinema, samurai stories, Westerns, revenge dramas, and exploitation-film influences.

The Bride's first name is deliberately withheld for much of the story, appearing with a censoring sound effect whenever it is spoken in Volume 1. Her identity is eventually revealed as Beatrix Kiddo in Volume 2. Tarantino and Thurman conceived the character during the making of Pulp Fiction, and the Kill Bill credits acknowledge their shared creation with the designation “Q & U.”
