The 2026 talk host nominee cited for the self-titled show Tamron Hall is Tamron Hall.
Hall is the host and namesake of Tamron Hall, a syndicated daytime talk show that premiered in 2019. Before launching the program, she built a national television career as a news anchor and correspondent, including work at MSNBC and NBC News. Her show combines interviews, audience discussion, human-interest stories, and topical conversations.
The nomination is for Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host, a category that honors the on-camera personalities rather than the talk series as a production. The 2026 nominees also included Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Sherri Shepherd, and the presenting team from The View.
The wording can be confusing because the show and host share the same name. In Emmy listings, “Tamron Hall” may therefore appear as both the program title and the nominee’s name. Hall has also received recognition for the show’s production and presentation, including nominations in other daytime categories.
