The series followed the Kardashian–Jenner family after Keeping Up with the Kardashians ended its run on E! in 2021. It marked the family’s move to a new streaming platform and retained the focus on family life, business, relationships, and major personal events.
The first season debuted on April 14, 2022. The program was produced by several members of the family, including Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner.
The series is sometimes confused with Keeping Up with the Kardashians because it features many of the same people. They are separate programs: the earlier show aired on E!, while The Kardashians was released through Hulu in the United States and Disney-owned international services.
