Which South Park co-creator voices Kyle Broflovski?

Matt Stone voices Kyle Broflovski in South Park. Kyle is one of the show's four central boys, alongside Stan Marsh, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick.

Kyle was loosely based on Stone, while Stan Marsh was loosely based on Trey Parker. That pairing mirrors the creators' real-life friendship and helps explain why Stone performs Kyle's voice. Stone also voices Kenny, Butters Stotch, and several adult characters.

Kyle first appeared in The Spirit of Christmas shorts in 1992 and 1995 before South Park premiered on television on August 13, 1997. He is portrayed as Jewish, making religion and antisemitism recurring parts of his storylines.

A common mix-up is choosing Trey Parker because Parker voices many major male characters, including Stan and Cartman. The female performers April Stewart and Mona Marshall mainly voice female characters, not Kyle.
