Which singer headlined Fortnite's Rift Tour in August 2021?

Ariana Grande headlined Fortnite’s Rift Tour in August 2021.

The Rift Tour was a virtual concert experience staged inside Fortnite Battle Royale from August 6 to 8, 2021. Rather than presenting one conventional in-game stage, it carried players through a sequence of surreal environments, giant landscapes, music-driven effects, and interactive set pieces inspired by Grande’s songs and public image.

The event ran five times across the weekend so players in different regions could attend at more convenient hours. Its setlist included “7 Rings,” “R.E.M.,” “The Way,” and “Positions.” Fortnite also sold an Ariana Grande outfit and related cosmetics, making the concert part of the game’s broader crossover system.

Grande’s show followed earlier Fortnite concerts by Marshmello and Travis Scott, but the Rift Tour was especially notable for combining a headline performance with minigames, narrative spectacle, and character customization. Players sometimes mix it up with the Travis Scott Astronomical event from 2020.
