Hype House is the reality series about a TikTok creator collective that premiered on Netflix in January 2022.
The series was released on January 7, 2022, and follows members of The Hype House, a group of social-media creators who collaborated on TikTok videos and lived or worked together in shared houses. The cast included creators such as Chase Hudson, Nikita Dragun, Thomas Petrou, Larray, Mia Hayward, Alex Warren, Jack Wright, Kouvr Annon, and Vinnie Hacker.
The original Hype House collective formed in 2019 in Los Angeles and became one of the best-known examples of a content house: a shared creative environment built around frequent collaborative posts. Its membership changed over time, and some high-profile creators associated with the collective did not appear as regular stars in Netflix’s series.
A common mix-up is confusing the show with The D’Amelio Show, which follows Charli and Dixie D’Amelio and premiered on Hulu, not Netflix. Hype House is both the name of the Netflix series and the creator collective it documents.
