Which Pokémon Pokopia developer is Koei Tecmo’s studio known as Omega Force?

Omega Force is the Koei Tecmo studio that co-developed Pokémon Pokopia. The project paired Omega Force with Game Freak, bringing together Pokémon expertise and experience with sandbox-style game design.

Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force was selected because of its previous work in the sandbox genre, particularly Dragon Quest Builders 2. That background helped support Pokopia’s emphasis on constructing habitats, shaping terrain, and creating a Pokémon-friendly settlement.

Game Freak was also a co-developer, while Nintendo and The Pokémon Company were the publishers. Those roles are easy to confuse: Omega Force and Game Freak developed the game, whereas Nintendo and The Pokémon Company published it.
