Which player won the Tekken 7 tournament at EVO 2019?

Arslan Ash won the Tekken 7 tournament at EVO 2019.

Pakistan’s Arslan Siddiqui, known competitively as Arslan Ash, won the Tekken 7 championship at EVO 2019 in Las Vegas. He defeated South Korean player Knee in the grand final, completing a landmark international victory for Pakistan’s fighting-game scene.

Arslan used Kazumi during the tournament and became widely known for his precise movement, defense, and punishment. His EVO victory followed a major win at EVO Japan 2019, making him the first player to win both the Japanese and Las Vegas EVO Tekken 7 events in the same year.

Knee is a common alternative answer because he was the runner-up and one of Tekken’s most decorated players. Qudans and JDCR are also famous Tekken champions, but neither won the Tekken 7 bracket at EVO 2019.
