Which Pixar film introduced the character Jackson Storm?

Cars 3 introduced the character Jackson Storm.

Jackson Storm is a next-generation race car whose advanced technology and training make him faster than many established competitors. He is introduced as the principal rival to Lightning McQueen in the 2017 film Cars 3.

Storm’s success represents a broader challenge for Lightning: racing is changing, and experience alone no longer guarantees victory. His sleek black design, aggressive confidence, and high-performance statistics contrast with Lightning’s older racing style.

Armie Hammer provides Storm’s voice in Cars 3. Storm is not the antagonist of Cars 2, whose story centers on an international plot involving the World Grand Prix. He also should not be confused with Chick Hicks, Lightning’s main competitive rival in the original Cars.
