Which Pixar Cars short introduces the town's mysterious Ghostlight?

Mater and the Ghostlight introduces the mysterious Ghostlight in Pixar's Cars short series.

The short was released in 2006 as part of the Cars Toons: Mater's Tall Tales project. It follows Mater as Radiator Springs residents play a prank intended to frighten him after his nighttime antics. The story draws on local ghost-story traditions while keeping the tone suitable for family audiences.

The Ghostlight is depicted as a glowing blue light connected to an old legend about a stranded traveler. The short expands Radiator Springs beyond the events shown in the feature film and gives several supporting characters a chance to appear together.

The title is sometimes confused with later Mater's Tall Tales episodes, including Tokyo Mater and Rescue Squad Mater. Those shorts feature different adventures and do not introduce Radiator Springs' Ghostlight story.
