Holley Shiftwell is the spy agent working with Finn McMissile in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Holley is a British intelligence agent and an advanced sports car. She is assigned to work with the experienced spy Finn McMissile during the international events surrounding the World Grand Prix. Mater becomes entangled in their mission after being mistaken for an American agent.

Her character combines espionage technology with the film’s vehicle-based world. Holley uses gadgets and investigative skills while helping uncover the plot involving the alternative fuel Allinol. Her partnership with Finn gives the sequel its spy-film structure, while Mater supplies much of the comedy.
