Which Pixar Cars character is a British spy partnered with Holley Shiftwell in Cars 2?

Finn McMissile is the British spy partnered with Holley Shiftwell in Pixar's Cars 2.

Finn is an elegant secret agent who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix and the fuel called Allinol. He initially mistakes Mater for an American intelligence operative, helping draw the tow truck into the film's espionage plot.

Holley Shiftwell is a British spy and field agent who works with Finn. Their mission takes them through the international racing event and connects the film's spy storyline with its central competitions. Finn's design and role deliberately evoke classic British spy-film conventions.
