LOUD won Valorant Champions 2022, Valorant’s second world championship.
The tournament was held in Istanbul, Turkey. LOUD defeated OpTic Gaming 3–1 in the grand final, repeating the same international final matchup seen at Masters Reykjavík earlier that year.
LOUD’s championship roster included Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi, Matias “Saadhak” Delipetro, Erick “aspas” Santos, Arthur “tuyz” Andrade, and Bryan “pANcada” Luna. The team represented Brazil and became the country’s first Valorant world champion.
Valorant Champions is Riot Games’ season-ending global tournament. It differs from the Masters events, which are international competitions held during the season but are not the final world championship. LOUD later became associated with another major Valorant milestone when it reached the 2023 Champions final.
