Which organization won the 2021 PGL Stockholm Counter-Strike Major?
Answer
Natus Vincere
Answer
Natus Vincere
Natus Vincere won the 2021 PGL Stockholm Counter-Strike Major.
Natus Vincere, commonly shortened to NAVI, defeated G2 Esports 2–0 in the grand final. The event was played in Stockholm, Sweden, and was the first Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major held after a long interruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The victory was especially notable because NAVI completed the tournament without losing a single map. The roster included Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev, who was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. NAVI also secured the organization’s first CS:GO Major title.
The event had a large returning audience and a record-setting prize pool for a CS:GO Major. It should not be confused with NAVI’s later Counter-Strike 2 Major victory at PGL Major Copenhagen in 2024. Stockholm belongs to the CS:GO era.
