Wolverine appears as a secret skater in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. The Marvel Comics character was included as an unlockable guest character through a licensing arrangement, adding a comic-book hero to a roster otherwise dominated by professional skateboarders and original game characters.
Released in 2001, Pro Skater 3 expanded the series' roster and introduced several special characters. Wolverine joined guests such as Darth Maul, while some versions also included characters or content unavailable on every platform. His claws, costume, and distinctive Marvel identity made him especially memorable among the game's hidden unlockables.
Iron Man, Hulk, and Spider-Man are all Marvel characters, which makes them tempting answers, but they are not the secret skater identified for the original Pro Skater 3. Wolverine's appearance should also not be confused with later Tony Hawk games, which featured different licensed characters and platform-specific bonuses.
