Kardashian and Thomas married in 2000, when she was 19. Thomas worked in music production as one half of the duo Underdogs, whose credits included work with several major recording artists. The marriage ended in divorce in 2004.
This relationship preceded Kardashian’s much more public marriages to basketball player Kris Humphries and musician Kanye West. Her marriage to Humphries in 2011 was famously brief, while her marriage to West began in 2014 and produced four children.
People sometimes mistake Thomas for one of Kardashian’s later husbands because the first marriage received less long-term media attention. It is nevertheless part of her documented relationship history and is distinct from her later marriages and engagements.
