Which historical queen does Assassin's Creed Origins portray Bayek helping in ancient Egypt?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Origins portrays Bayek helping Cleopatra in ancient Egypt.

Cleopatra is a major political figure in the game's main story. Bayek and Aya initially become involved in the conflict surrounding Cleopatra after the death of their son, Khemu. Cleopatra seeks allies against the Order of the Ancients and against rivals who threaten her position.

The game's setting is primarily Ptolemaic Egypt during the first century BCE. Cleopatra VII ruled Egypt from 51 to 30 BCE and became involved in Roman power struggles involving Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. Origins places Bayek and Aya inside this turbulent period while also creating fictional Assassin-related explanations for political events.

Cleopatra's depiction combines documented historical figures with invented dialogue, missions, and relationships. Assassin's Creed Origins is not a literal biography, and some events are rearranged for its story. Other famous Egyptian rulers, including Hatshepsut and Nefertiti, belong to much earlier periods.
