Konstantinos Tsiklitiras won the final Olympic standing long jump in 1912.

The Greek athlete took gold at the Stockholm Games with a jump of 3.37 metres. Platt Adams of the United States won silver at 3.36 metres, while his brother Benjamin Adams took bronze at 3.28 metres, making the margin between first and second just one centimetre.

The event was the fourth and final Olympic standing long jump competition. It had appeared at the Games from 1900 through 1912, but was removed from the Olympic programme afterward. Tsiklitiras had also won silver in the event at the 1908 Olympics.

Ray Ewry is the main possible source of confusion: he had dominated the event with four earlier Olympic victories, but he retired before Stockholm and did not compete in 1912. Tsiklitiras therefore became its last Olympic champion.
