Which Golden Globe did Pixar's Cars win in 2007?

Pixar's Cars won the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film in 2007. The award recognized the 2006 movie at the 64th Golden Globe Awards.

Cars competed against other animated releases and became the first winner in the newly established Golden Globe category. Its victory helped confirm the growing importance of animated features in major film awards.

The film had already achieved major commercial success and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Animated Feature. At the Oscars, however, it lost to Happy Feet. Cars also received nominations for its song “Our Town” and for animated-feature awards from other organizations.

The Golden Globe win belongs to Cars, not Cars 2 or Cars 3. The later sequels received different awards attention, while the original remains the franchise's only Golden Globe-winning feature.
