Which GATT negotiating round concluded in 1967 with an agreement on anti-dumping practices?

The story behind the answer

The Kennedy Round concluded in 1967 with an agreement on anti-dumping practices. It was the sixth major round of negotiations conducted under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.

Named after United States President John F. Kennedy, the round opened in Geneva in 1964, shortly after his death. It produced substantial tariff reductions and the first GATT Anti-Dumping Code. The code sought to establish procedures for investigating and addressing imports alleged to be sold at unfairly low prices.

The Kennedy Round is sometimes confused with the Tokyo Round, which ran from 1973 to 1979 and addressed a broader range of non-tariff measures. It is also distinct from the Uruguay Round, which created the WTO and concluded in 1994. GATT rounds were negotiation periods, not separate international organizations.
