Which Friends character names the white dog statue in the apartment?

Joey Tribbiani is the Friends character associated with the large white dog statue in the apartment. The oversized sculpture is a memorable piece of furniture and decoration in Joey and Chandler’s home.

The dog statue becomes part of the apartment’s visual identity after Joey and Chandler acquire it. Like the foosball table and recliners, it helps distinguish their living space from Monica’s carefully arranged purple apartment. The prop also reflects the show’s use of unusual objects as recurring visual jokes.

Viewers sometimes attribute the dog statue to another character because the six friends frequently move objects between apartments. Joey and Chandler’s apartment changes over the series, especially after the characters lose or regain possessions during bets and other conflicts. The statue remains one of the recognizable objects linked with the men’s apartment.
