Luke Kuechly represented the Carolina Panthers in the Pro Football Hall of Fame's 2026 class during the 2026 NFL preseason Hall of Fame Game.
Kuechly spent his entire eight-season NFL career with Carolina after the Panthers selected him ninth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. He quickly became one of the league's most celebrated modern linebackers.
The linebacker won Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2012 and Defensive Player of the Year in 2013. He was also a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and a five-time first-team All-Pro before retiring after the 2019 season.
The Hall of Fame Game linked Carolina's preseason appearance with its representative in the incoming class. Arizona was represented by wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, a separate Hall of Fame honoree. Kuechly is sometimes confused with other iconic Panthers, especially Steve Smith Sr. and Julius Peppers, but neither represented Carolina in the 2026 class.
