Which Foo Fighters album features the song 'My Hero'?

The Foo Fighters album featuring the song “My Hero” is The Colour and the Shape.

“My Hero” appears on the band’s second studio album, released in 1997. Built around a driving guitar riff and a large, emotional chorus, it became one of Foo Fighters’ most recognizable songs and a regular part of their live performances. The track was written by Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, and William Goldsmith.

Although fans often interpret the song as a tribute to a particular individual, Grohl has explained that its inspiration is broader: ordinary people who show courage and strength. That interpretation helped the song take on meanings beyond its original album context.

The Colour and the Shape also includes “Everlong,” “Monkey Wrench,” and “Walking After You.” The song is sometimes mistakenly linked with later albums such as One by One or Wasting Light, but it predates both.
