Which fictional spy organization employs Finn McMissile in Pixar’s Cars 2?

Finn McMissile works for British Intelligence in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Finn is an undercover British spy who becomes involved in an international investigation surrounding the World Grand Prix. He first suspects that a conspiracy is connected to the race and teams up with Holley Shiftwell, another British agent.

The character is designed as a tribute to classic James Bond-style spy films. His weapons, gadgets, disguises, and Aston Martin-inspired appearance contrast with the first Cars film’s focus on a small American town and stock-car racing. Michael Caine voices Finn McMissile, adding another deliberate connection to British espionage cinema.

British Intelligence is the organization’s general name in the film’s story, rather than a real-world agency being depicted directly. Cars 2 expands the franchise into locations including Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London. Mater becomes involved in the spy plot after Finn mistakes him for an American agent.
