Allinol is the fictional fuel promoted in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Sir Miles Axlerod introduces Allinol as an alternative fuel during the World Grand Prix. He presents it as a clean and safe option for the racers, and the event is used as a public demonstration of its supposed benefits. Lightning McQueen initially refuses to use it and continues racing with his own fuel.

The story later reveals that Allinol is part of the conspiracy surrounding the races. A hidden electromagnetic weapon is used to make cars running on Allinol appear to explode or malfunction, allowing the conspirators to discredit the fuel and profit from the resulting panic. Mater helps expose the plan.

Allinol is not a real commercial fuel. Its name is a fictional wordplay resembling “all in oil,” and it belongs only to the Cars 2 plot. It should not be confused with Octane Gain, the fictional motor-oil company associated with racing sponsorship in the films.
