Which exclusive subreddit is listed as a Reddit Premium feature?

The exclusive subreddit listed as a Reddit Premium feature is r/lounge.

Reddit Premium is the site’s paid membership program, formerly known as Reddit Gold. Among its benefits is access to r/lounge, a private community reserved for Premium subscribers. The subreddit is therefore different from an ordinary public community that anyone can browse or join.

Premium has changed over time. Reddit Gold was renamed Reddit Premium in 2018, and some associated benefits have been revised or retired. Earlier versions of the membership also included monthly coins that users could spend on awards, while modern Premium perks have included an ad-free experience, comment highlighting, special profile features, and access to exclusive communities.

The distractors are invented-sounding names rather than alternate official names for the same subreddit. “VIP,” “premium,” and “goldclub” may sound plausible because Reddit has used terms such as Gold and Premium in its membership system, but the recognized exclusive community is written with Reddit’s standard subreddit prefix: r/lounge. The slash-like spelling is part of the name, not merely a formatting choice.
