“Willow” joined “cardigan” and “august” in Taylor Swift’s 2021 Grammy medley.
Swift performed the three songs at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards on March 14, 2021. “Cardigan” and “August” came from Folklore, while “Willow” came from Evermore, the sister album Swift released later in 2020.
The performance was staged as an atmospheric Folklore-era set. Swift began with “Cardigan,” performed “August” inside a cottage, and then moved outside for “Willow.” Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner accompanied her, marking the first time the three performed together.
