Which duo won the Fortnite World Cup Duos final in 2019?

Nyhrox and Aqua won the Fortnite World Cup Duos final in 2019.

The duo consisted of Norway's Emil “Nyhrox” Bergquist Pedersen and Austria's David “Aqua” Wang. They won the Duos competition at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City during the first Fortnite World Cup finals.

The pair finished ahead of Rojo and Wolfiez after six matches. Their victory came with a shared prize of $3 million, while the overall event distributed a total prize pool of $30 million across its competitions. Nyhrox and Aqua relied on consistent high placements and eliminations rather than a single match victory.

The Duos result is often confused with the Solo final, which was won by American player Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf. Bugha's Solo victory earned $3 million individually, whereas Nyhrox and Aqua divided their Duos prize as a team.
