Which CSI character is nicknamed Super Dave?

The CSI character nicknamed “Super Dave” is David Phillips.

David Phillips works in the Las Vegas crime lab as an assistant coroner to chief medical examiner Al Robbins. The character is portrayed by David Berman and appears throughout CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, becoming a regular cast member from the tenth season onward.

Phillips earned the nickname after saving a victim’s life during an autopsy. That unusual achievement became an affectionate in-universe reference to his skill and dedication, even though his co-workers sometimes tease him about his awkward social manner.
