Which circuit hosted the 1958 Moroccan Grand Prix, the only championship F1 race in Morocco?

The 1958 Moroccan Grand Prix was hosted by the Ain-Diab Circuit in Casablanca.

Ain-Diab was a road-based circuit southwest of Casablanca, using existing coastal and main roads through the Sidi Abderrahman forest. The Royal Automobile Club of Morocco created the roughly 4.7-mile course in 1957, and it first held a non-championship Formula One race that year.

The 1958 event was the final round of the World Championship season and remains Morocco's only championship Formula One race. Stirling Moss won for Vanwall, while Ferrari's Mike Hawthorn finished second and secured the Drivers' Championship. Vanwall also clinched the first Constructors' Championship for a British team.

The circuit is often confused with other historic venues associated with Moroccan or North African racing, including the earlier Anfa and Agadir circuits. Ain-Diab's one championship appearance was especially dramatic: Stuart Lewis-Evans suffered a fatal crash after his Vanwall's engine seized, bringing a tragic end to the season's final race.
