Which chocolate bar is known for a honeycomb toffee center in the United Kingdom?

The story behind the answer

Crunchie is the United Kingdom chocolate bar known for its honeycomb toffee center.

Cadbury launched Crunchie in 1929. The bar consists of a center made from aerated honeycomb toffee covered in milk chocolate. The brittle interior has a light, porous texture and is also called sponge toffee or cinder toffee in different English-speaking regions.

Crunchie is a Cadbury brand, but its ownership history follows Cadbury's corporate changes. Cadbury became part of Kraft Foods in 2010, and the confectionery business was later placed within Mondelēz International.

The product is easy to mix up with ordinary aerated chocolate bars, such as Wispa, because both can have bubbles. The difference is that Crunchie's signature center is a separate crunchy honeycomb-toffee structure rather than an aerated chocolate interior.
