Carlacia Grant plays Cleo in Outer Banks Season 5.
Cleo is one of the returning Pogues in the final season. The character first joined the series as a recurring figure in Season 2 and later became a series regular from Season 3 onward.
In the show’s story, Cleo comes from Nassau and was connected to Captain Terrance’s cargo ship. She later befriends Sarah and John B and becomes part of the wider Pogue group, developing a close relationship with Pope.
Cleo’s role is separate from Kiara, Sarah, and Wheezie, who are played by Madison Bailey, Madelyn Cline, and Julia Antonelli respectively. Carlacia Grant’s character is especially associated with the group’s expanding international adventures.
