Which character does Jennifer Hale voice in X-Men '97 season 2?

Jennifer Hale voices Jean Grey in X-Men '97 season 2. Jean remains one of the series' central heroes, alongside her husband, Scott Summers/Cyclops, as the X-Men are scattered across different eras.

Hale took over the role for X-Men '97, replacing Catherine Disher, who voiced Jean in X-Men: The Animated Series. Hale had already played Jean in other Marvel productions, helping make her a familiar voice for the character.

Season 2 places Jean and Cyclops in the year 3960, where they encounter their future son Nathan Summers and Mother Askani. This storyline connects Jean's family history to Cable's origin and to Apocalypse's future reign.

A common mix-up is confusing Jean's voice with the actresses voicing Storm, Rogue, or Jubilee. Jean is also closely associated with the Phoenix Force, but Phoenix is a powerful identity or cosmic force connected to Jean—not a separate voice role here.
