Keeley Hawes voiced Lara Croft in Tomb Raider: Legend, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, and Tomb Raider: Underworld.
Hawes provided Lara’s voice across the trilogy that began with Legend in 2006. Her performance gave the character a polished British delivery while the games explored Lara’s family history, including the mystery surrounding her mother Amelia.
The three games form a connected narrative arc, although Anniversary is a remake of the original 1996 adventure rather than a completely new chapter. Hawes’s involvement therefore spans both a modern continuation and a reimagining of Lara’s earliest story.
Voice performers changed across the franchise. Shelley Blond voiced Lara in the original game, Judith Gibbins performed the role in several later classic-era titles, and Camilla Luddington became the voice of the Survivor-era Lara beginning with the 2013 reboot. These casting changes are a common source of confusion.
