Which Assassin’s Creed game lets players control twins Jacob and Evie Frye?

The story behind the answer

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate lets players control the twins Jacob and Evie Frye. The game was released in 2015 and is set in London during the Industrial Revolution.

Jacob and Evie are Assassin siblings who arrive in London and work to weaken Templar influence over the city. Jacob generally favors direct action and gang leadership, while Evie specializes more heavily in stealth and searching for First Civilization artifacts.

Players can switch between the twins during much of the main campaign, although some missions require a specific character. Each sibling has distinct skills and equipment, giving the two campaigns different emphases.

Syndicate also introduced the Rooks, a gang that the Frye twins recruit and develop. Its London setting includes historical figures such as Queen Victoria, Charles Darwin, and Alexander Graham Bell.
