Which artist released the CD titled "Lovehatetragedy"?

The story behind the answer

The artist who released the CD titled "Lovehatetragedy" was Papa Roach. Lovehatetragedy is the American rock band’s third overall studio album and its second major-label release.

Released on June 18, 2002, the album followed Papa Roach’s breakthrough record Infest. It was recorded at Royaltone Studios in Los Angeles and produced by Brendan O’Brien, who helped shape its heavier but more melodic sound. The band deliberately reduced the amount of rapping compared with Infest, giving vocalist Jacoby Shaddix more space for conventional singing.

The album includes "She Loves Me Not," "M-80 (Explosive Energy Movement)," and "Time and Time Again." It reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 in its first week, selling approximately 136,000 copies. A common mix-up is confusing the album with Infest, the band’s better-known 2000 release, or with Getting Away with Murder, which followed in 2004. Lovehatetragedy was Papa Roach’s final album released through DreamWorks Records before the group moved to Geffen.
