Jay-Z is Beyoncé’s husband and a frequent musical collaborator.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z married in 2008. Their relationship has also produced several major musical collaborations, including “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” “Crazy in Love,” “Déjà Vu,” and “Drunk in Love.” They released the joint album Everything Is Love in 2018 under the name The Carters.
Jay-Z, born Shawn Corey Carter, is a rapper, songwriter, and businessman from Brooklyn, New York. He became one of hip-hop’s most commercially successful artists and founded Roc-A-Fella Records with Damon Dash and Kareem “Biggs” Burke.
The pair have three children: Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir. Jay-Z is sometimes confused with other artists who have appeared on Beyoncé songs, but he is her spouse as well as her most prominent recurring collaborator. Their shared performances have included major award shows and stadium tours.
