Madison Bailey plays Kiara Carrera in Outer Banks Season 5.

Kiara, often called Kie, is one of the original Pogues and a close friend of John B, Pope, and JJ. Bailey has portrayed her throughout the series and returns for the final season, where Kiara is shown mourning JJ and pursuing revenge against Chandler Groff.
