Which actor voiced the character of Jackson Storm in Pixar’s Cars 3?

Armie Hammer voiced Jackson Storm in Pixar’s Cars 3.

Jackson Storm is a sleek, technologically advanced racer who represents a new generation of competitors. His speed and confidence challenge Lightning McQueen, whose traditional experience no longer guarantees victory against cars designed with newer training methods and performance technology.

Storm’s role creates the film’s central conflict. McQueen must decide whether to keep racing exactly as he always has or learn from younger specialists, especially trainer Cruz Ramirez. The rivalry therefore concerns more than a single race: it asks how an established champion can respond when an entire era of competition changes.

Armie Hammer’s voice performance gives Storm a controlled, self-assured quality that contrasts with McQueen’s more reflective personality. Cars 3 premiered in 2017 and introduced Storm as the principal racing antagonist rather than as a spy or criminal mastermind.
