Which actor played Nicholas "Nicky" Banks as a main cast member?

Ross Bagley played Nicholas “Nicky” Banks as a main cast member of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Nicky was the youngest child of Philip and Vivian Banks and the baby brother of Carlton, Hilary, and Ashley.

Bagley joined the sitcom after the character was introduced as an infant during the third season. Because Nicky was initially a baby, several performers portrayed him in early appearances. Bagley became the recognizable actor associated with the role and continued playing Nicky through the show's final seasons.

The character's credited status changed across the run: Nicky was listed as recurring during some earlier seasons and as part of the main cast later. That distinction can cause confusion, but Ross Bagley is the canonical answer to the actor question, not Tahj Mowry, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, or Marcus T. Paulk.

Bagley was also known for playing Buckwheat in the 1994 film The Little Rascals. On The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, his Nicky appearances helped extend the Banks family's story as the younger generation grew up around Will Smith's character.
