Which 2026 Lollapalooza headliner founded the record label Experts Only?

John Summit is the 2026 Lollapalooza headliner who founded the Experts Only record label.

John Summit is the stage name of American DJ and producer John Walter Schuster. Before becoming a major figure in house music, Schuster worked as an accountant, an unusual career path for an artist now known for festival sets and club-focused productions.

Summit launched the label and event brand initially known as Off the Grid in 2022. It was later rebranded as Experts Only, a name used for releases, events and a wider creative platform. The project gives Summit a home for his own music while also highlighting other electronic artists.

The key distinction is between the label’s founder and its roster: many producers may release through Experts Only, but John Summit is the person who established it. “Experts Only” is also used for branded events and radio programming, so the name can refer to more than a conventional record label.
