Which 2026 Lollapalooza act released the hit song Sweater Weather?
Answer
The Neighbourhood
Which 2026 Lollapalooza act released the hit song Sweater Weather? The answer is The Neighbourhood.
“Sweater Weather” is the signature song of the American alternative band The Neighbourhood. It first appeared in 2012 and became the lead single from the group’s debut studio album, I Love You., released in 2013. The track’s cool, guitar-led sound and intimate lyrics helped establish the band’s distinctive alternative-pop identity.
The title is sometimes confused with an album name, but “Sweater Weather” is a song, not The Neighbourhood’s debut album. I Love You. is the album that contains it. The band also uses the British spelling “Neighbourhood,” even though it is American; the spelling was chosen to distinguish the group from another act.
The song later found a major second life through social media, especially TikTok, bringing it to listeners who were not necessarily following the band when it first broke through. It remains the group’s most recognizable recording.
